JAYrocks: I can't really say I've got that many friends to be honest. Most people find me too depressive ta be around. But Nori's like, the only one that can get some kind of cheeriness out of me. I dunno what it is, but she's like, always happy when I see her around and whenever she's in a happy mood, it's like it grabs hold of everyone else. I smile a lot more, I'm less quiet, I talk a bit more. I mean she managed to get me to play the guitar in front of her didn't she? That's a challenge if I don't say so meself. Plus she's a teammate and me being me, I have ta support everyone so I like ta think I'm kind of like a supportive person to her. Anyway, she's a good mate and is great fun ta be around.

NORIrolls: Okay... so I know a lot of people think Jaybird's just too quiet or something but this boy is a complete doll. I love him. He's quiet, yeah, but he's so sweet and cute and GUH, every time I'm around him I just want to make him smile because he doesn't do it enough and he has a wonderful smile. I know you aren't supposed to say that a guy has a beautiful smile but it always makes me so happy when I'm able to make him laugh or just relax and be happy. Maybe because he doesn't do I for just anyone. I know that when he shows that emotion it's pretty genuine.

He's my teammate too which makes me even a bit more protective over him even though he's two years older than me. I think he reminds me a lot of my brother. My brother didn't really show much emotion but he'd always smile for me.

GAH, I'm gushing. Jay's a really awesome, great guy. And I'm making it my goal to make him see that too.

JAYrocks: I've only met him a couple of times and spoke to him a couple of times more but he seems to be an alright chap. I don't know what it is about him but I can see bits of me in him, I don't even know him that well and already I'm trying to read him, insane, huh? Nah, I think I can see this guy has his own mental stuff to deal with it and like me, he doesn't know if he's winning or losing, either way he knows the outcome and perhaps it's that which worries him. I don't know. I've got a fair amount of respect for the guy, he's shouldered through whatever hell keeps him as low as he is and he still struggles on. It's really contrasting to all the other students that whine about pointless things like homework and not being able to go into town. When you compare them to the two or three people that are struggling with ten times worse...it really tells ya who is stronger than who...

KEVINrolls: I... I don't really know what to think about Jay. I see a lot of myself in him and I don't really like that. I can respect him though because he's like me. He's fighting demons and not winning, but not always losing and I know how hard that battle can be. I know really well. But he isn't like the others in the school who struggle then whine about it for pity's sake. He deals with it, keeps it inside while still trying to function on the outside. I guess I'd consider him lucky though... Because he has a girl and he can fly. I mean, no one's lucky who's had to deal with what we have had to but.. yeah I guess I'm just jealous of him. PAIGErolls: my ikkle brother...well not so little now, plus he's taller than me, and has been for ages but I'm still a year older which has somehow made me dead protective of him, I just can't help it, I'm pretty sure it infuriates him but he doesn't show it nearly as much as Melody. I think we get on alright, especially when I'm loosened up and he's not stressing, that's the thing, he's alright around everyone else, but I know my brother, once he's alone his mood just plummets, he's been through a lot...that's why I'm so damn protective over him, love him to bits I really do.

I get a protective blanket of fucking energy to make me fly. I want wings, damn it. Anyway, Jay's always been my favorite, because he's awesome. Not trying to be daddy like fucking Sam. He's Jay. He does his own damn thing and says fuck everyone else. Plus, he was in a band. A real fucking awesome band. I went to their first gig, when Jay got revealed as a mutant. He was so great up there, handsome, in the spotlight, like a real fucking angel, you know? I wish I'd knew about him and Julia before, though. All I know is that they hooked up and pulled a Romeo and Juliet kinda thing. I mean, for a fucking Cabot, Julia's pretty damn awesome, I guess. But I shouldn't talk about her to Jay. Anyway, she's better than fucking Nori. Who the hell does something like that to a nice guy like Jay? What the fuck did Jay do to her, anyway? Bitch. Whatever. I fucking miss Jay though. I want him here. I wanna be able to go talk to him, fly with him, hang out with him. Things siblings do. He's the only family member I'm consistently NOT ashamed of being related to. (on that note, I don't get why Paulie doesn't like him. I love Paulie, and I hate Nori, and he hates Jay, so we basically just stay quiet and get along just fine. Paulie's the fucking man) And same thing goes for Jay as it does for the rest of the damn family: fuck with him, you fuck with me. And you don't to mess with me.
