body;; Body wise Julian has a misleading figure. He is tall, standing six feet and wears every inch of it well. When he is fully clothed he looks as though he has a slim, swimmer's build that thoroughly disguises an impressively athletic body underneath which he maintains through daily exercise. He has nice evenly toned muscles throughout the key areas of his body and contains almost no body fat. He is broad shouldered, with strong arms and legs, strong hands, soft skin and has perfectly toned washboard abs. It is as though his body were chiseled and sculpted out of fine marble, smooth, well toned and completely blemish free, and Julian knows it and flaunts it every chance he gets. His face is normally smooth and blemish free, though on occasion he may change up his look to sport a small goatee or light beard. His face has boyish-like features with dimples on both cheeks that melts the hearts of many women when he smiles. His eyes are like two crystalline blue pools of water or the azure depths of the Caribbean Oceans when he is angry, and when he is happy and the sun hits them just right they become icy blue as though they hint at some distant Nordic ancestry. His teeth is pearly-white and perfect and adds to the effect of his already charming smile, and has soft, sensual, pillow-like lips that frames it all together. He maintains a light tan from the amount of time spent in the sun swimming, surfing, or playing sports, and his body is lightly splashed with freckles along his completely smooth chest and back.

Generally he favors jeans, t-shirts and beanies, but he has also been know to wear baggy shorts, khaki's, cargo pants, various athletic wear, expensive italian suits, dress shirts, and tank tops of various sizes and colors though he has an affinity for reds and whites. For footwear he favors sneakers, but also wears boots and sandals of various makes and styles.

Telekinesis: Julian is a mutant with the psionic ability of telekinesis. With this power he can move, levitate and manipulate matter and multiple objects of various weights and sizes nearby or from afar through sheer force of will. He is also able to utilize this power for telekinetic flight. Through concentration Julian can focus his telekinesis to enable himself and others to fly up to subsonic speeds either through a free fall method, or through telekinetic platforms he can use to transport multiple people. These are the more general uses of his power and the mediums with which he uses the most.

Telekinetic defense: Julian is also able to use his powers for offensive and defensive purposes. In terms of defense when applying his powers in combat Julian is able to focus his telekinesis directly to his fists in order to greatly enhance his striking power, and protect them from damage when striking very dense objects such as steel or concrete. Telekinetic shields is another application of his power that he uses for defense. With concentration Julian can create telekinetic shields of various sizes such as spheres, half-spheres, and walls that protect him from most physical attacks and various projectiles. These shields can work externally or independently of him, as well as by covering his body in a skin like telekinetic armor which can enhance his durability while in hostile situations.

Telekinetic offense: As stated Julian is also able to apply his power in greatly offensive ways. Through a high degree of concentration Julian is able to channel his telekinesis into some inorganic matter and with gestures, such as clenching a fist, can cause that matter to explode, shatter, or implode. He has yet to master this ability as it takes a great deal of concentration and sometimes requires some form of physical contact with said object. Telekinetic blasts is another applied ability available to him. Through the power of his will Julian is able to concentrate his telekinesis into powerful concussive blasts which he can use to repel people and objects. This blast is strong enough to punch holes through steel, concrete floors and walls.

When using his abilities Julian emits a green telekinetic aura through his hands or body with varying degrees of intensity depending on his level of concentration. His eyes also tend to emit an eerie green glow whenever he uses his powers, also with varying degrees of intensity. At his current level Julian is only able to lift an object or objects weighing up to 10 tons. Through rigorous training he will eventually be able to exceed that limit. Since his telekinesis takes concentration to maintain Julian is unable to maintain constant flight for longer than up to two hours before he becomes mentally exhausted, this limit is shortened even more depending on the amount of people or objects he is carrying with him. While his telekinetic shields take less concentration to create and maintain constant bombardment against those shields will cause him greater and greater strain, especially against heavy ordinance weapons and individuals with super strength.

If enough strain or pressure is applied to his shields they will fail and he could suffer concussion-like symptoms. It is unknown whether it is an actual limit to his power or perhaps a barrier on a subconscious level, but Julian is strictly unable to cause explosions in anything other than inorganic matter. Because he contains a vast amount of raw telekinetic power, he sometimes struggles in his fine motor skills when manipulating very small objects such as paper clips but he can be overcome this through training. Also, unlike most other telekinetics, Julian tends to focus and channel his telekinesis almost exclusively through his hands. He very rarely projects his mental energy as a free flow from his mind as, again, he lacks proper training and development of fine motor control to do so through his mind. That being said Julian is at his most vulnerable when his hands are otherwise incapacitated. He can also eventually overcome this problem through training.

general personality;; Though at times he can seem two-dimensional, Julian is a very complex individual. As he comes from a wealthy family, Julian has a tendency to be arrogant and sometimes hot headed. He has a clear problem with authority at times, and will only listen to those authority figures he respects, such as Emma Frost.He is also an avid practical joker and class clown, which can end up with him getting into trouble most times. He is the youngest child and thus can be seen as spoiled prince sometimes. He is popular, good looking and knows it. He is extremely proud of his good looks and body, and is in no way shy or afraid to flaunt it to the ladies. Because of this he has been labeled by some of his peers as somewhat of an exhibitionist. Flirting is another past time of Julian's, and he could never pass up an opportunity to make a girl smile. His motto has been known to be "Leave no skirt unhappy".

Despite Julian's faults and flirtatious nature he is a one-woman man. Once he's taken, he's taken completely. He would never do anything to hurt the one he's with, and would never deliberately cheat or be unfaithful to them short of being drugged or forced with enough alcohol to drown a horse. He is extremely loyal to his friends and any attack on them is an attack on him too, and Julian will retaliate. He doesn't tolerate anyone putting down his friends due to race, gender, sexuality, etc and will make it known when he does not approve. At times Julian can display moments of great selflessness, to the surprise of everyone around him, and he has been shown to be a capable leader at times. When no one else is capable Julian, despite his uncanny ability to piss people off, will take charge in difficult situation and is usually the voice of encouragement around his peers and within his squad.

Growing up as the youngest child has sometimes made Julian lonely, despite having an elder brother of his own, as a result he has a tendency to be rather warm and friendly to younger children oftentimes seeing them as the little brothers or sisters he never had. Julian at most times can be very charming and the center of attention or life of the party. Though he speaks sarcasm like a first language, it doesn't prevent him from strangely being liked by a number of his peers. He can be patient, though limited, and offers hep and guidance to whomever of his closest friends that need it. And despite his own rebellious nature he has been known to quickly quell hostile situations and maintain relative peace amongst his peers. Though he has never wanted for anything, Julian still suffers from a form a neglect from his parents which is the reason why he acts out often. As a result he has come to need the approval of those he respects and has sought mother and father figures elsewhere, such as in the hands of Emma Frost.

Mutant hate groups has become a problem for Julian, and his own hot-headed behavior can often get the better of him and force him to lash out. He is in no way a pussy and will never back down from a challenge or fight. He resents the fact that though his parents accept what he is, they are embarrassed by it and want him to hide it or keep it to himself whenever he's home. He feels he can never live up to their standards like his perfect brother James and, as a result, he sometimes goes out of his way to embarrass them and flaunt what he is in their faces. He has a tendency to be cruel to people outside his circle of friends and has no respect for "cure traitors" or Brotherhood fanatics. He can shift easily from happy sarcasm to angry cruelty instantly as though he were bipolar, and can just as easily go from the life of a party and making everyone smile, to cold indifference and killing the mood whenever his is angry. He has a tendency to do everything in extremes. Meaning when he loves, he loves deeply, and when he hates, he hates with a profound loathing. He was never one to be very subtle and when he does something it has to be huge or what's the point? He is a thrill seeker, an adrenaline junkie, and always lives life to the fullest.

general history;; Julian grew up in Beverly Hills, California and is the youngest son of William and Elizabeth Keller out of two boys. It was clear at an early age that Julian was the black sheep in his family. While his brother James was receiving academic achievements, Julian spent all his time playing sports and surfing. While attending various private schools with which James was graduating as valedictorian, Julian was barely scraping by with a D average. This lead to them comparing Julian to his brother James and constantly berating him for not being more like his perfect older brother. Over time this began to bear down on Julian until he started to lash out, deliberately finding ways to humiliate and embarrass his parents.

As he got older Julian began running with a definitively bad crowd. Despite having everything he ever wanted he resorted to stealing, mischievous behavior, and becoming a public nuisance in their quaint suburban neighborhood. On one such outing with his "friends" at the mall Julian was spotted by security using his five-finger discount in the mall record store. He lead the security guards on a chase throughout the mall, but was suddenly cornered. Having being "ditched" by his friends Julian knew that he would soon be taken away in the back of a police cruiser. As he was about to be grabbed by one of the security guards Julian thrust out with his hands and sent his first telekinetic blast through them which sent the two security guards flying, injuring one and giving a concussion to the other. Julian quickly left the scene after that but the entire ordeal was caught on tape and, to his parents ever growing embarrassment, the police came for him at his home.

Despite the video evidence, mutants weren't well known at the particular time, and blasting the security guards with some "green magical force wave" wouldn't exactly hold up in court without any actual weapon. As a result of this, Julian's family lawyer was able to get to get most of the charges dropped. His parent's weren't fooled however and knew exactly what he was, despite all that they accepted it but encouraged Julian to keep his abilities hidden. Julian, seeing his gifts as a new way to embarrass his parents and cry out for attention began using his powers regularly. It started off as practical jokes against bullies at school, unbuttoning the blouses of other female students and teachers alike, and eventually lead to blatantly levitating heavier objects in public and even flying.

Fed up, his parents finally shipped him of to Xavier's, having being contacted by the Professor when his powers first manifested and upon seeing the security footage on television. His parents initially turned down the offer, not wanting Julian to be "encouraged" by others like him but when he became more than they could handle they sent him with the hopes that he could somehow cure Julian of his "condition". Initially angered by his parents abandonment Julian lashed out during his first few weeks at Xavier's, which lead to many telepathic detention sessions until he finally learned to behave himself. Julian was one of the students who was present during Stryker's attack on the school and fled to the safe houses with the other students lead by Piotr, Kitty and some other upperclassmen who were not yet X-Men. A year later the Professor met his demise during the incident at Alcatraz, and once again Julian found himself without any guidance. That was until he met Professor Emma Frost who always seemed to accept him when others did not. He has since taken on the codename Hellion and taken a position on a squad.

Another added incentive for him to stay where the girls at Xavier's. Julian was always a bit of a ladies man and played the field heavily for a while, that was until one such particular girl named Sofia Mantega caught his eye. This would eventually lead to one of the biggest love triangles he ever experienced in his life. He initially pursued her with the intent of having yet another conquest, but she proved to be difficult and immune to his charms. This only prompted him to pursue her more as he loved a challenge, but the more she resisted the more he became convinced that she was the one for him. Still she rejected him, and whether out of boredom or loneliness Julian asked Callie Betto out to the Prom as friends simply because he couldn't ask Sofia, and despite knowing Callie had feelings for him. Still his heart only had room for one person only, and he came to view Callie as more of a good friend and sister than an actually girlfriend when he realized he was truly in love with Sofia, and that he'd be willing to change everything he was for her. It wasn't until the night of the Prom when they both left their individual dates after the fallout on the dance floor did they actually air out their differences and officially hook up. He admits that he still harbors feelings for Callie, but his heart will always belong to Sofia. Now life is starting to become good again for Julian, it's starting to have meaning and the possibilities for him to become something greater than he is now are endless.

Hellion was actively engaged in another of his past times, telekinetically flying a few paper air planes while he walked down the corridors of the institute on his way to detention, when he spotted that Mantega chick sitting in the TV Room watching something with her friends. She was hot, and that accent of hers was sexy when she was angry. He compared it to the likes of Penelope Cruz or Selma Hayek, all of which were equally doable. He knew there would be hell to pay if he was late for detention but, fuck it, he had to know her and, more importantly, he had to figure out a way to get in her pants. He tried the aggressive flirtation stance with her before and she retaliated by doing something freaky with the air and making him all dizzy in the head. It didn't do anything to dissuade him, in fact he used his "weakening at the knee dizzy spell" as proof they were meant to be. So now he'd try a different tactic, be smooth, channel Giacomo Cassanova or Lord Byron or whatever.

With a flick of his wrist he made one of the the paper airplanes fly to him. Reaching into his pocket he pulled out a pen and scribbled a note on the inside. When he was done he he flicked his fingers in her direction and sent the airplane soaring for her lap. She seemed a little surprised by it and looked around the person who threw it. When her eyes turned to the hallway she spotted the culprit and he returned the her glance with a wave and a wink. He made the universal gesture for her to open and read the message and when she did she would see the words he scribbled on the inside of the airplane. "I can't stop thinking about you, Beautiful. You used your mutant powers on me and now I'm all confused. Don't you know that using our powers on each other is against the rules? It's okay though, I won't tell the staff. You can make it up to me this weekend by agreeing to a date." the note said.

In hindsight it was a little corny, but Julian took her for one of those chicks that was into that stuff. You could imagine his surprise when Sofia rolled her eyes, folded back up the airplane and sent it flying, guided by her winds, directly into the waste bin. Damn, that was cold. She then glanced back at him with what seemed like a smug look. He put his hand over his heart and pretended like he was in pain. She tried to suppress it but it was too late, Julian saw her smirk a little. There, he was so in. He made her smile. He gave her his best boyish smile, guaranteed to melt even the frostiest Ice Queen. And smirked with triumph as she was now pretending he wasn't even there. He mused in his mind that the funny thing about melting an Ice Queen was that they always inevitably got wet in the end.

"Mr. Keller, I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you've gotten lost on your way to my detention." said a voice in his head. Julian froze up on the spot. "Sorry, Ms. Frost. I was just on my way." he replied, turning back around and making his way down the corridor with a smirk.

"And, Mr. Keller?" Professor Frost added. "Yes, Ma'am?" he asked. "Lets do try and keep our thoughts within the PG range during school hours in the future. Not all Ice Queens can be melted, yes?" Julian did his best to surpress a laugh. "Sorry Ms. Frost." he said as he headed to his detention.
